Assuming it's another single-mission event, I'm guessing you'll need at most 110 ambrosia. This is just a guess, and could be wrong (you needed 110 damned souls for gambling with the devil).
At the very least, you'll need 50 (if you get your clan to help you 5 times a day).
0%-10%: 2 ambrosia
10%-20%: 4 ambrosia
20%-30%: 6 ambrosia
30%-40%: 8 ambrosia
40%-50%: 10 ambrosia
50%-60%: 12 ambrosia
60%-70%: 14 ambrosia
70%-80%: 16 ambrosia
80%-90%: 18 ambrosia (and once you're at 80%, remember to ask your friends to help before you do the mission, since you have to reach the finish line by clicking)
90%-100%: 20 ambrosia
Out of the avatar sets lately, I've personally liked bits and pieces (the sword from the knight set, the beret from the French set) much more than any set completely.
Anyway, here's some avatars I think are interesting:

I don't think she looks much like a vampire, but there's definitely something aesthetically pleasing in the image. The different pieces work together stylistically, and the colours seem to blend nicely.
