All sneezey and snotty

When you have a cold you feel all stuffed up,
And mountains of snot is suffocating your nose,
You wanna give the yellow stuff the dump,
So up your nose you stick a rubber hose.
Your throat is so sore,
That you swear an echidna’s grating against it,
It’s ice cream that you adore,
To soothe your red roar pit.
All sneezey and snotty is a lousy way to be,
But staying in bed is the best thing,
With the knack of calling out because you’re too lazy,
For more ice cream is what you’re craving.
