The Crazies/Island of the Dead/Alien 3

Okay today I review 3 movies. The Crazies, Island of the dead and Alien 3.
THE CRAZIES REVIEW
The first thing I noticed about this movie was the good choice of actors. The movie over all was very creepy. When you saw the people who were infected there was an interesting look in their eyes. I also enjoyed the 'something in the water' theory. That was a very interesting way of putting an infection into the movie without over doing the zombie thing.
I also like the fact of the government conspiracy. I love government conspiracy movies, but this one was a good one. I also like the fact that this movie shows us what the quarantine would look like if this really happened to us. I also like the fact that towards the end they start to figure out that the infection was in the water from a plane that had crashed. I also like the fact that it was the government that caused the breakout.
Now when the government comes into the town they tear it apart. When the people emerge from the quarentine they notice that the government is gone and the town is in shambles. They also find out that the virus is what is making the people crazy and it was a biological weapon. When they come up to the truck stop they notice that the government whipped out the whole town. There is a happy yet sad ending.
Would I recommend this movie? Yes.
Would I recommend you buy this movie? Yes.
ISLAND OF THE DEAD
This movie was not one of the best movies I have seen. First we find out the there is a deserted island that they bury the dead on. Then you find out that the island was once a village and then turned into an asylum. Now don't get me wrong there was a good choice of actors, but I don't like the fact that this movie was just plain terrible. The next thing you find out is a man wants to build a housing complex for the low income families on this island. Also you see that they use prisoners to bury the bodies on the island. The bodies are not buried in graves, but pits. The movie was just plain boring. I had to quit watching this movie. Infact this review is so short that I'm finished.
Would I recommend this movie? No way not even to rent it.
ALIEN 3
This is one of the better Alien movies. Don't worry I will have a review of the others soon. There was a good choice of actors in this movie. Of course I'm glad they still used Sigorney Weaver in it. I also liked the fact that it connected to Aliens. I did not like the fact that the little girl had died. That was terrible and sad. I loved the look of the Alien in the movie. There really wasn't anything wrong with this movie.
I liked the fact that they put a woman in a prison full of men. Now I know some people would say that would be terrible for a woman and it would, but I liked the fact that some of the prisoners tried to keep themselves under control and help her. I was saddened to see Riley have to jump into the furnace at the end, but it was necessary to have to do that so the Alien wouldn't kill anymore people.
I also liked the blood and gore of this movie. Of course I love blood and gore movies so this fit into what I like to watch.
Would I recommend this movie? Yes.
Would I recommend you buy this movie? Yes.
