When it comes to security, far be it for the TSA to pass the buck of responsibility. Sure it doesn't!
Recently there was a finger-pointing incident at Newark over a dead dog that wasn't screened!
Was it Continental's responsibility or TSA's? You can be sure that the government will side with its own TSA, and Continental will be fined!
