Airport Security Fails Again

Should it worry people that unauthorized personnel are sometimes found in airport restricted areas? I guess it all depends. After all nobody really looks like a traditional terrorist. Playing dumb seems to be the calling card of curious law-breakers.
I in no way believe that the following incident was anything but a mistake. Still someone has to wonder how a disoriented driver could end up on a runway. This just proves that security is not flawless and anybody determined to do so can find a way around it. It shocks me that the woman phoned police making me wonder where security surveillance was focusing at the time.
It may be no big deal or a common mistake, but one has to wonder what results such information would result in if it fell into the wrong hands. Authorized vehicles on runways have access to control tower and aircraft communications. She was lucky an aircraft wasn't landing or taking off on the runway she was on.
