The Never Ending Cycle - Bad Moods

You are at work and that particular co-worker is her usual cranky self complaining about coming to work, the 'annoying customers ' she has to deal with or simply how the disorganized the whole company you both work for is. A lot of the time this sort of crankiness received from co-workers rubs off on fellow co-workers and they too become irritated with their 'annoying' co-worker. This is unfortunately an unhealthy cycle that often tends to exist in the work place. Many of us involved in dealing such an atmosphere get caught in this cycle by involving ourselves in gossip, back stabbing and growing dislike to out jobs. Some of us take it home to our family and friends.

Why is it that we allow ourselves to get into the process of regurgitating this tension in such a fashion? As hard as it may be to admit but many people in today's society are afraid of leaving routines that are most familiar to them even if they are aware of how poisonous they may be to not only themselves but to people around them as well.
