Most of you will wonder what these three have in common…well…
Diabetes is a chronic condition that cannot be cured, however it can be controlled with medication. At least that’s what doctors say.
Someone who knows about plants and aromatherapy might say different.
Coriandrum Sativum known as Coriander has been used as a well-known spice all over the world. Among other illnesses the coriander seeds have been used to treat diabetes also.
The coriander seeds have been proved very useful in helping the pancreas to produce insulin as well as lowering the cholesterol levels in the blood.
The coriander essential oil mixed with carrier oil and applied every night on the feet might help your body fight the diabetes in a natural way.
Cinnamomum zeylanicum known simply as Cinnamon is one of the most commonly used spice. And still, many people are not aware of its therapeutic use.
Cinnamon is also known to help the body produce insulin naturally and also reducing the LDL-the bad cholesterol, without affecting the levels of HDL-the good cholesterol.
In June 2011 an article on CNN Health was stating that 350 million people in the world have diabetes and that the global diabetes rates doubled from 2008 to 2010 which is quite scary.
What is more shocking is that even though technology and medicine is globally more advanced than it was 5 years ago, the rate of sickness in the word is higher and higher. Fair enough, the number of population is growing as well…but shouldn’t have been somewhere a balance instead of growing the number of illnesses and diseases as long as the medicine and technology advances?
Why have we forgot the natural cures our ancestors were using before all this so called advanced medicine? Why have we lost faith and interest in nature? We do we choose to pay so much money on treatments that have little or no results?

Note: Whenever aromatherapy is involved it is a must that you use only Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils and not some cheap, synthetic aromatic oils. Make sure the oils that you purchase are pesticide free and have been tested. Always check with your therapist and check all contraindications of any Essential Oil before usage.

You smile to me...i feel,
You breathe next to me...i exist,
You put your arms around me...i live,
You love me...
...i understand,
...i learn,
...i know how you feel,
...i love you back,
...i smile at you... and you feel,
I breathe next to you...and you know i exist for you,
I put my arms around you...so that you wake up in my arms,
I love you...and you learn to understand me...
...we are both smiling...
We all know what both words mean and yet they mean so many different things to all.
Can we influence the good and the bad in our lives?
(picture taken from the truthinmedia.org)
Good things and bad things will always happen no matter what we do. Good people and bad people will always cross our paths in life no matter which way we choose.
But what if...we would start looking at the "bad" things as we see them now ... as good?
(picture taken from dulesbetting.com)
What would happen then?
Logically we have nothing to lose if we choose to view bad situations as good ones. And yet...we still find it hard to accept that "bad" things are not actually that bad.
...acceptance...forgiveness.. .compassion...love...understa nding...
We so much crave for these meanings but we find it so hard to offer them to someone who doesn't deserve them. Or we think they don't deserve them because we think they did something bad. Just as in their perception they think they did good.
Accept what is coming your way as the universe knows best what you need. Forgive the one who hurts you as you need to be forgiven when you think you are right.
Be compassionate in your heart so that you will be able to make the difference between your needs and the other's.
Love when others least deserve it because that's when they need it the most .
Understand yourself first to be able to understand life itself.
If we are unable to see the good in everything that happends to us we will never be able to feel it in our lives. And if we choose to believe that certain situations are bad we will fail to receive the lessons, the experience, the emotions, the love, the wisdom and all the opportunities that follow a victory.
Run away...and it will follow you forever.
Accept it...find it inside you, forgive yourself for not being able to let it go in the past and choose to fight it.
Once we learn to let it go it won't seems as "bad" as yesterday, today will be better already and the tomorrow will not even matter because nothing is as bad as it seems.
Which way do you choose?

on Should Reincarnation Be The Light At The End Of The Tunnel?
Light and Soul
Who Are We?
Do you know who you are?
I believe that the light at the end of the tunnel is not the reincarnation but the resurrection itself.
When the soul reincarnates is because they have something else to learn in order to reach the level of Jesus. And that should be the last stage of the soul before it becomes one with God.
If you would like to understand more i would like to recommend you a book it's called "the Second Coming of Christ" by Paramahansa Yogananda.
I'm sure you will like it...it will seem to you a bit different but it's worth giving a try.
