Cash Back Cards

March 29th 2009 11:17
Finding the best and most rewarding cash back cards should be treated like any other credit card research journey.

Check for the cheapest or (nil) annual rate for the cash back card, but also look at the actual interest rate charged.

Determine your interest free period and ensure that the payment on rewards doesn't require a large amount of spending - otherwise it's simply not worth it.

Rates and cash back card offers are changing regularly so use the internet and rankings to determine which is the best card of the moment.

Steer clear of the smaller players and use the cash back cards offered by the major houses, this might result in a slightly dearer rate - but you have much more piece of mind knowing you're well backed in these economically tough times.

Economic Crisis is here, but be smart and do your homework.

Cricket Score Websites

March 21st 2009 01:49
With the fast growth of cricket , certainly in the 20/20 arena through the IPL (Indian Premier League) the demand for score updates and information has exploded online. Television coverage hasn't provided everyone with the vision of their cricketing nation.

Certainly in India, the television blackban on various parts of the IPL has made things hard for avid fans to track their side and watch the blockbusting games. Pay per view and other avenues have at times taken things away from the average viewer - as costs get too high.

Such the demand for cricket live score information online has grown. Websites and blogs have popped up to let people know the scores as they happen and it really allows the community to get involved in cricket.

You can get all different ranges of cricket live score information on the web, just do a simple google search and you'll see regularly updated sites and blogs.

Cricket Focus on India

March 11th 2009 11:34
The cricket talent coming out India is extremely exciting. The skill and ability shows through in the likes of wicketkeeper batsman - Mahendra Singh Dhoni this guy is one of the best big hitters in the world and can hit long and hard, whether the bowling is spin, pace or medium pace.

Just ask the Australian Test Cricket team, who were defeated recently in Indian, they felt the full power of Dhoni, with Mahendra Singh refusing to be tied down by anyone in the bowling attack

Hi Sportsbar,

Thanks for the comment. Yes the NRL are doing their best to 'spin doctor' the crowds.

A few individual high turn outs for Brisbane and Gold Coast games have fudged the figures.

Crowds for the NZ Warriors are close to the worst since their inception.

The Sharks crowd figures continued a downward spiral to the point they were nearly forced out of Shark Park (Results have helped prop them up)

The Bulldogs crowds are so bad, they are 'faking' the figures weekly. (Media are at times estimating the fake count to be ridiculously higher than actual numbers)

So no, don't believe the hype or the NRL spin. There has not been an across the board improvement in crowds.

Great Article mate, enjoyed reading it.

Chat Soon.
