A Safe place?

Sometimes I feel quite uncomfortable where I live. The spiritual activities can be quite violent. However then I go to sleep and then I wake up. The world is at rest when I open my door and I can go out and come back to a nice quiet place. Then the spirits crowd and they circle around, and then there is violence. Then I go to sleep and I wake up. It is again quiet. Is this a safe place to live?
