Coffee
Most pain relievers have caffeine in their ingredients. The reasons are that caffeine blocks pain perception, has pain-relieving tendencies, and elevates mood which also helps minimize pain. Caffeine opens narrowed bronchial tubes and can be useful to cure a congested nose. Ground coffee can also stop bleeding from minor cuts. Ginger

Cinnamon
Cinnamon contains eugenol, an essential oil extract that can reduce and eventually relieve pain. Its warm nature stimulates the digestive system and its really effective in getting rid of nausea and vomiting. If added to a hot drink then inhaled, cinnamon’s warmth can act as tonic to the body system and can dispel cold and cold-related symptoms. Got a cold, muscle pains or bad cramps from a heavy period? Add a hint of cinnamon to your hot drink because this remedy is good for your health.
